Mind & Body Wellness Yoga with Fawn

The Secret Garden Spa hosts Yoga classes at the Warren County Vicksburg Public Library every Monday evening (with the exception of holidays). All classes are free of charge and are for ages 16 and up. Classes are on Mondays at 5:30 pm.  Wear your regular clothes, this is perfect for limited movement, those recovering from surgery WITH doctor approval, and those just starting exercise.
