Join The Old Courthouse Museum to commemorate the 160th anniversary of the end of the struggle for Southern Independence with an immersive reenactment experience. Witness history come to life through drill demonstrations, live firing of rifles, and a solemn Parole Reenactment of the captured Confederate Soldiers of Vicksburg on July 4th, 1863.
 Event Schedule:
 Gates Open: 8:30 AM
 Inspection: 9:00 AM
 Reenactment & Program Begins: 10:00 AM
 Break for Lunch: 11:30 AM
 Special Presentation – 2:00 PM: Mary Loughborough & the Siege of Vicksburg, presented by historian Bernadette Cahill
 Program Ends: 3:00 PM
