The City of Vicksburg and the Vicksburg Convention Center present the 4th Annual Jesters Ball featuring Doctor Zarr's Amazing Funk Monster Band! VIP party sponsored by Julie Patton Johnson/Keller Williams and Hinson Plumbing includes party favors, champagne, and reserved seating. Tickets will go on sale January 21.
